Thanks for stopping by. I&#039;m not sure what you were reading to conclude that I&#039;ve mentioned this topic before. This is the only post so far about what employees are looking for in a boss when they are being interviewed.

I write about the &#039;boss&#039; because how the person in charge handles themselves and the multiple situations they come up against every day, has a tremendous effect on their relationship with their employees and consequently, retention of their employees. The bottom line is if you&#039;re the boss and you have huge turnover because of how you are as a boss, you are throwing a LOT of money out the window.</description>
